We had an awesome time! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Our room was nice and tidy. We got a sweet birthday surprise. The spa was lovely, with all kinds of treatments. Food at the brasserie was tasty, but honestly, the portions could’ve been a bit bigger.

My kids wished breakfast could be more affordable and better suited for families. Charging £30 per person is a bit steep. A more kid-friendly menu would improve the experience .

The room was remarkable it had this whole old-world charm yet was super modern and comfy with a four poster bed that felt like royalty and you could really feel the care in the little details like the fresh flowers they left for us. The spa experience was unreal with calming music and peaceful vibes and the staff helped us find just the right treatments that melted away all our stress.
